Recent house and garage clearance case study
We were recently contacted by a lady to clear her late mothers home in Elswick, Newcastle. On the day of the appointment our house clearance team showed up at 9am as usual and got straight to work.
We started by packing up all the charitable items around the house and took the first van load straight to a local charity shop. While the driver and a member of staff were at the charity shop, our other team member stayed at the property to start getting another load ready for them coming back. This was quite a big job as it was a house and garage clearance and the garage was packed to the ceiling. The clearance took a toal of 4 van loads to clear the full property.
One full van load of smalls and furniture was for charity and the other three loads went to a local recycing center. The full house and garage clearance took only 4.5 hours.
