Below are a couple of case studies for recent house clearances our team carried out in areas of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
House Clearance Fenham Recent Case Study
Our team recently completed a house clearance in Fenham in Newcastle, under sensitive circumstances. The customer contacted us after her mother passed away, she needed us to clear her mother’s three-bedroom home. She was feeling upset and overwhelmed as would most poeple in this situation.
During the clearance, our team carefully went through each room making sure to take extra care with her mums belongings. In the process, they found her mother’s wedding dress, as well as several family photo albums which our customer had wanted us to find. The entire house was cleared on the same day, with our team managing to complete the job in just two van loads.
We’re glad to have helped such a lovely lady in a time of turmoil for her and their family.
House Clearance Elswick Recent Case Study
We done two house clearances in Elswick on the same day which is something we’d never usually do but the properties were on the same street and our guys are always up for a challenge. This case study is just about the first house clearance on that street. We arrived at 9am on the day of the house clearance appointment, our guys started filling bags immediately as there was quite a lot of clutter. The customer just left them to it as she had a friend who lived close by. One of our staff filled about 20-30 large sacks with general clutter, books and clothes while another was boxing up all the charitable items to be donated. Once the loose items were cleared/boxed it was just furniture left. The loaded all the bulky furniture on to the van and started to run out of space, luckily all that was left was wood. They broke all the wooden furniture up so it would fit on the van. Our guys then went and off loaded at SUEZ recycling center in North Shields then came back for the second and last load which was just the black bags of waste and the boxes of charitable item. The charitable items were donated to The British Heart Foundation. The customer was pleased with the work and we were glad to be of service.
